- I have a problem with my new Courier DS (Italy version).
- The problem is that i dont know if it supports 33600
- bps, cause i cant connect better than 28800.
- Is there a way to tell if a courier is v34+ (33600) ??
- Should i upgrade the flashROM ? I heard of people losing the DS options
- (HST cellular and so on) upgrading the modem.
- BTW: the flashrom upgrades on ftp.usr.com for my modem (Italy) are dated
- Aug-95 ! It seems pretty old !
- And i cant upgrade with the new USA flashrom (caller ID). I hate that.
- Is there a trick to upgrade a courier with a flashrom for a different
- country (USA) ???
- If cant succeed i dont know if i'll ever buy another USR modem.
-
- Thanx in advance for your help.
